The Charlotte Bobcats have been pushing D.J. Augustin to attack the basket more. The Toronto Raptors learned what happens when he does.
Augustin scored 23 points and had 11 assists, and the Bobcats held off the Raptors 107-103 on Saturday night for their second win in the past four games.

Charlotte Bobcats coach Paul Silas was so impressed with point guard D.J. Augustin’s first practice Tuesday that Silas might trash his plan and start Augustin tonight against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
“From watching him out here, I’m considering it,” Silas said after Augustin tested his inflamed right big toe for the first time since aggravating the injury Jan. 22 in New Jersey.
Silas had planned to play Augustin no more than 15 minutes his first game back, after missing 11 games, all losses. Augustin was able to cut and burst off his right foot so effectively that Silas now is looking to be bolder.
