The DJ Augustin Basketball Camp provides the foundation for boys ages 8-15 to develop and improve their basketball skills. Boys of all ability levels are welcome, and the camp will offer a positive, encouraging teaching environment to learn and have fun. The camp will provide the tools to become a better player and help stimulate enthusiasm for the game.

ELIGIBILITY:

DJ Augustin Basketball Camp is open to boys ages 8-15. Campers may not be high school graduates.  
Registration is limited to 125 boys. The completed registration form must be received by July 22nd.

WHAT MUST I BRING TO CAMP?

T-Shirt given on day of registration ( Must be worn daily ), basketball shorts of your choice, socks and basketball shoes along with a GOOD attitude.

NOTE:There is no child care available after camp. Please be respectful of pick up time or a late fee of $10.00 will be assessed to campers picked up more than 10 minutes after the conclusion of a camp session.

Attendance is required on Monday to assure your spot.

Due to limits on the amount of attendees if you do not check in on Monday morning your spot will be given to the next person on our waiting list.

A PARENT / GUARDIAN MUST BE PRESENT FOR REGISTRATION IN ORDER FOR CAMPERS TO BE ADMITTED.

A Parent or legal guardian must also sign a full Waiver, Release of Claims and Indemnity Agreement that's attached to each ticket.

No camper will be allowed to participate without this form signed and the Physical form completed.
